Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. The item(s) must be in original purchasing condition, unworn, unwashed. Buyer pays return shipping. A refund or instore credit will be issued once the item(s) have been received at Mimi's.
Preorder items are a final sale and cannot be returned. These items are ordered specifically per the customer request. If there is a manufacturer defect please reach out to Mimi's.

Shipping & Order Pick-up
Shipping - Items will be shipped from Mimi's within 2-4 business days of payment. For preorders, the items will be shipped within 2-4 business days from when the items arrive at Mimi's.
Local Pick-Up - Orders can be picked up in Brandon, SD when it's convenient for the customer. Please email or message via Facebook to arrange pick-up. A local pick-up time is also usually set up and announced on our VIP Facebook page.
